<p>深度催眠状态是在较浅级别的催眠状态基础上的加深,加深的关键有以下几种方法:</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>1、连续加强催眠暗ç¤?/strong></p> <p> </p> <p>  进行放松催眠后再深入进行暗示,暗示语的语调越来越慢:“你已进入催眠状态,为了加深你的睡眠,请再放松ã€?rdquo;</p> <p>  当放松面部肌肉后让被催眠者充分体验放松感,必要时用手试着提开上睑,说ï¼?现在真正的放松了,眼皮很松了,一点也睁不开了,再放松,再放æ?hellip;…很松äº?..”</p> <p>  “上肢再放松,放松一点也无力äº?rdquo;,此时试着弯曲上肢,有意识地将手臂微微抬起突然放掉,任手臂突然下垂,并暗示ï¼?ldquo;这就真正放松了,一点力气也没有了,我给你按摩一下,你的上臂肌肉会紧张收缩不能弯曲,注意就要收缩了ã€?rdquo;</p> <p> 间隔一段时间后与被催眠者联系:“现在你睡得很深,你会感到躺在温暖的沙滩上沐浴着阳光,很舒服,无忧无虑,再继续享受这种愉快舒适吧!”</p> <p>  这时要求回答是否有如上所说的感受,如被催眠者回答已经体验到了,就证明被催眠者已进入深催眠状态ã€?/p> <p> </p> <p><strong>3、快速加深法</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p>      在浅催眠状态下,被催眠者业已接受一定的暗示和指令,此时可以告诉被催眠者:“我将帮助你迅速地进入深催眠状æ€?rdquo;ï¼?ldquo;你坐起来或站起来,但仍不会醒来,当我突然叫一声深睡吧,你就能沉沉入睡锤ã€?rdquo;</p> <p> 左手置于目标对象头部两侧,拇指放在他太阳穴处。让你的拇指慢慢沿目标对象的发根处从太阳穴滑向额头,然后再向下滑到鼻梁之下。与此同时,右手则扶住目标对象的头部,保持静止。重复这一过程çº?分钟,同时继续暗示:“睡吧……困了……睡吧……睡吧ã€?rdquo;</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>第四æ­?/strong></p> <p> </p> <p>
